Thomas Gerbasi, UFC - Nate Marquardt had made it. After eight years of toil, most of them spent at the top levels of the game, he had walked the tightrope, put together four straight UFC victories, and was now standing across from the UFC middleweight champion, Anderson Silva. All he had to do in the next 25 minutes or less was fight his fight, stay disciplined, and he had a pretty good chance of walking out of the Octagon with the belt.

Rhett Butler, UFC - Brock Lesnar is straight talking, confident and a capitalist. No Smackdown rage facades, just a real and impassioned businessman when discussing his new career as a mixed martial artist. It makes you question your own idea of what a person is really like when their hype has originated from the scripted mini dramas in squared circles. One thing is for certain, people like Brock Lesnar are mere riders of the wave that is fate, who can only continue to challenge themselves before the eyes of millions.
